Terms & Policies

We are very excited to have you join us for this inspirational unique journey. In order to complete your registration please read through the terms & conditions and familiarize yourself with all the fine details. At the time of registration you will be requested to sign this as a contract. Contracts for travel to Cuba will have further details in order to match expectations and prepare you for your trip and the change in mentality.

travel insurance:

Please be sure to purchase a medical insurance policy. You will not be permitted to join the trip without a travel insurance. Make sure your plan covers medical emergencies abroad. You will be asked to present the policy upon arrival, and will not be permitted to join without one. Should you fail to do so, you may be ordered to leave the tour without any refund and without any legal claim against us or our agents.

Fellow Adventurers:

Group trips tend to be lots of fun while meeting like-minded-people from various countries who love to share a great adventure. Yet traveling in a group may cause frustration if group members do not consider other members as part of their experience. It is important to be patient towards others in the group in order to truly enjoy the benefits of the group dynamics. The best trips are the ones where the group operates as a team and contains the different personalities. Let’s work together to make this a memorable experience!

HEALTH WARNINGS

Since we take your safety and our responsibility seriously, we have complied instructions that will help you decide if this retreat/program is for you. Please read carefully so you can make the right decision for yourself and determine if this program is appropriate for you. If you are not sure, seek professional advice. We will assume from your registration to the program/retreat that you have a full understanding of these warnings and agree to take full responsibility for your mental health and well-being.

You, and only you, are responsible, at all times, for your decision to participate in the program/retreat and for your own physical and mental health and well-being.  This applies during and after your participation in one of our retreats/programs.

Our retreats/programs are designed to challenge your behavioural patterns through somatic (body) work, group and personal inquiries, street exercises, voluntary group discussions and more. The aim of these retreats/programs are to help you release emotions and behaviours that are blocking you from living from your true authentic nature. The retreats/programs provide an opportunity to explore ineffective patterns and gain self-awareness that can lead to new choices, by using our unique somatic method. You understand that such a program/retreat cannot replace the help of a mental health professional, if one is needed.

Each individual experiences the retreats/programs in a unique way which is unpredictable – there is no way we can know ahead of time how you may feel or think. For most people, exploring areas of their life which they have not explored yet - thoughts and emotions – can be a positive opportunity for growth. For others, coming in contact with unfamiliar emotions can bring up sadness, regret, anger, fear etc. and can cause physical or mental distress. If you are unwilling, feeling resentful or concerned about your ability to encounter and handle such intense experiences in yourself or others, you should not attend the programs/retreats.

You will not be permitted to participate in the program/retreat if you:

  1. are no sure about your mental, emotional and/or physical ability to take part in the program/retreat
  2. have an unsettled record of drug and/or steroid abuse
  3. whether treated for it or not, have a mental health history of any psychotic disorder, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, chronic or severe depression
  4. are presently seeing a therapist who believes there is reason for you not to participate in the program/retreat
  5. within the last 12 months, have taken, presently taking or been advised to take any drugs (prescription or nonprescription) or medication that alter moods, mental processes, treat anxiety, bipolar disorder, treat a chemical imbalance or anabolic steroids
  6. in the past year have/had suicidal thoughts, considered harming yourself or someone else, or been deeply depressed

by registering to the program/retreat you hereby declare that none of the above apply to you.
