At our retreat, everything is designed with deep care and safety at the core. Before joining, you’ll go through a medical intake to ensure you are physically up for the trip. Your well-being is my priority. I also offer complimentary Discovery Calls so we can connect and see if this feels like the right fit for you.

When you decide to work with plant medicine and commit to a plant dieta, preparing your body is an essential part of the journey.

This preparation begins about six weeks before your retreat. You’ll follow a specific dieta, which can be quite strict—especially in the final two weeks, where certain foods are limited. This isn’t just a guideline; it’s a crucial step to ensure the medicine can work fully and safely, without anything interfering that could lead to discomfort or poor results.

As you get closer to your journey, you’ll need to completely cut out coffee, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, and more. This deep cleansing process is powerful—it’s not just about the body, but also about clearing space mentally and emotionally.

I’ll guide you through every step, providing clear instructions and explaining how it all works during our Discovery Call. You won’t be doing this alone—I’ll be here to support you the whole way.

If you’re feeling called to drink the medicine and commit to the plant dieta, it’s essential to start cleansing your body from antidepressants at least six weeks before your journey.

This step is crucial—not just for your safety, but also to allow the medicine to work deeply and effectively. Preparing in this way ensures you get the most powerful and transformative experience possible. I’ll be here to support you through the process, every step of the way.

We’ll connect with the center and share what you’ve experienced. They have deep wisdom and will guide us in understanding what’s unfolding for you.

The jungle process is raw, and often rough. Out there, you end up learning through trial and error—but I don’t want you to go through that alone. That’s why I’ve created a full support package to hold you before, during, and after your journey.

1. Emotional Preparation: Before you even step into ceremony, I’ll help you learn how to process difficult emotions and ground deeply. That way, when you face your shadows, you’ll feel steady and secure, knowing you have the inner strength to navigate them.

2. Comprehensive Welcome Guide: I’ve put together a detailed Welcome PDF with everything you need to know before you travel—insights most people wouldn’t think to share unless they’ve designed high-level retreats before. You’ll have all the little details covered, so you can focus on your transformation.

3. In-Person Support: I’ll be with you at the center as your emotional anchor. I’ll drink the medicine for you and the other participants, tuning into Mother Aya’s guidance for what is needed. I speak Spanish, so I’ll also be there to facilitate, translate, and be your bridge. You won’t have to navigate this experience alone—I’ll be there to help you integrate what comes up during the retreat in a way that feels right for you.

4. Post-Retreat Integration: This is one of the most important parts of the journey. Without guidance, it’s easy to slip back into old patterns and lose the transformation you worked so hard for. I’ll support you in integrating these lessons into your daily life, so the change stays with you.

This work is a deep honour for me. Every person who chooses to walk this path with me is a gift, and I hold that with the deepest respect and gratitude.

You’ll start by flying to Lima, then from Lima to Iquitos—and from there, just leave the rest to us.

We’ll be there to pick you up at the airport and take you on a two-hour drive to Nauta. From there, the real adventure begins as we head into the jungle on Tuk Tuks, immersing you fully in the experience from the very start.
